**Refund Policy**
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are happy to offer an exchange, a refund (with receipt), or a merchandise credit for returned items within 30 days.
The following policies apply to all returns:
- **Non-Food Items:** Returns or cancellations of non-food items in their original packaging (including any extra items such as spigots) may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days with the original purchase receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- **Returns Without Receipt:** If you return an item within 30 days but do not have the original purchase receipt, it may still be exchanged or refunded as a merchandise credit at the current selling price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging and include any extra items like spigots.
- **Personalized and Sale Items:** We cannot accept returns on personalized or sale items.
- **Defective Products:** If the product is defective, Bolera Essential Oils and Products will cover the return shipping costs.
- **Food Items:** We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened food items. If you are unsure which oil or vinegar to purchase, we recommend ordering our 60 ml samples. Order cancellations after processing are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
**How to Return an Item**
To initiate a return, please call us for a refund authorization number. When you ship the item back to us within 30 days of receipt, please include a letter with the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your order number
- The item name and description
- Your refund authorization number
- The reason for the return
- The action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
Ensure that all items are in their original packaging, including any extra items such as spigots.
