Operating since 1962 under the name Delgado Farms, we specialise in 100% natural, organic, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Our oil has an acidity level of less than 0.8% and contains no additives or preservatives.

The Bolera Olive Oil brand was created to transition from wholesale barrel sales to offering specific types of olive oil. Our vision is to meet global health standards by providing high-quality olive oil packaged for various uses: a premium extra-virgin olive oil for cosmetic applications, a mid-grade option for seasoning a wide range of foods, and a lower-grade oil suitable for light cooking.
